Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On May 7, 2019, OPKO Health, Inc.(the “Company”) issued a press release announcing operating and financial highlights for the quarter ended March 31, 2019. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.

On April 30, 2019, the Company issued a press release announcing that it will hold a conference call to provide a business update and discuss its first quarter ended March 31, 2019 financial and operating results, as well as provide guidance on expected revenues and operating expenses for the second quarter 2019.
